Workout 13.5
4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

Nice work kicking 13.5 butt. Coach Troy battled hard and almost made his place to the 2013 CrossFit Games, although the last WOD was not in his favor, he and all the rest of you will return next year ready to play hard and kick more Open butt! Thanks for joining us. The BBQ and paleo potluck was OUTSTANDING- thanks to all of you! Also, thank you Zeph for bringing some tasty meat! We look forward to purchasing 1/4 of cow from you soon. Anyone else in? Butcher to gym service is going to rock! Zeph plans to return for the after Fight Gone bad party throw down on July 7th.
