Monday’s WOD and brief update.
Starting this week we will be offering CrossFit classes Monday – Friday at 6:00am and adding 7:00am CF class on Tue and Thur. We are also still offering our Tue/Thur evening classes at 7:30pm-8:30pm. Join us.
