Barbell Club for CFSWP members starts this Wednesday at 6:30pm and is great for beginners and intermediates. It will run for 6 weeks. Be consistent and build your skill. Come work on technique and Oly lifts. This class is with coach Steve. Open gym will also be available for experienced CF members during this time only.
