Take 15 min to work up to gymnastic movement of choice. HSH, Wall Walk, HSPU, MU/PU work then  complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 burpee pull-ups or L Pullups

5 handstand push-ups

10 hollow rocks, 200 meter run

1 a. Strict press 6×3 b. 3-5 strict pullups  2. Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
